The cleaning lady has more manners than the consultants

First you walk in the door where it says reception and it's a ghost town with no signs to direct you as to where the people really are. Then it takes the cleaning lady to assist you while employees hang on the consultant's desk while one sprays perfume on herself ( the last time I checked you do your toiletries in the bathroom ) and the other one chats away on the phone. When I finally got assisted I was once again ditched for a phone call because that matters more than the 13000 I am about to over in CASH not through a service plan but hard cash. Is it because I'm not wearing fancy clothes, or my car is old or is that what service delivery has come to. Appalled and horrified...
