Terrible service

1 star to high for bad bad service received, this was the 2nd time I Purchase Hahindra, however this will be the last (excelled car XUV300) however the service one received from the Vaal Branch terrible, Paperwork signed 16 March 2022 on my new Car Today 11 April 2022 (Disc and Plates still outstanding) car radio not fixed photos was taken on Car seats (Damage) still no feedback, Had to do follow ups myself as none received from Dealer, My previous car (Mahindra trade in) licence was renewed by myself online however due to technical problem got missing had to pay an additional R 626.40 today, as the dealer ship took their time so sort out my license, I need my license disc and number plates delivered and fitted as i will not be driving around to and do follow ups the dealer (will bring this to be fitted) dont even phone customer service in PTA as consultant (Nicolene) just as bad, I need a senior person to get back to me, not the Dealer in Vaal nor Nicolene
