Terrible Service

My company has a vehicle at PWS Mahindra Bethal Mpumalanga. The vehicle has been there for 3+ months now for a warranty claim on a new engine. They promised me that i would get the vehicle more than 3 weeks ago. Everytime i phone they say they are waiting for warranty approval on the injectors. This is a security mine vehicle and the mine is going to give us a fine if we don't have the vehicle on site a.s.a.p. I can not sit with this excuses in the meeting when im asked where the vehicle is. This is terrible service i will never refer anyone to Mahindra or to PWS Mahindra Bethal. Only experienced bad service from the beginning.
