Terrible

At this point, I honestly have to ask:

when does this end?

After months of ongoing issues with my brand-new Mahindra XUV 3XO AX5, multiple visits to dealerships, battery replacement, software updates, further diagnostic investigations and various other interventions, I was asked to allow a camera/monitoring device to be fitted to the vehicle so that the reported stalling/no-start issue could finally be captured on video.

I agreed and cooperated — again — because I simply want the problem properly documented and resolved.

Today I have been sitting at the dealership for approximately an hour, only to be told that the camera was never recording.

So once again, I have lost my time, my work is being affected, and I am left with the same unresolved vehicle problem. This is not simply an "inconvenience" to me. I work. I have responsibilities. I have to pay for this vehicle, yet I continue to spend my own time dealing with a problem that has been ongoing for months.

What is particularly frustrating is that I have continued to cooperate with every request made of me in an attempt to assist with finding the cause of this fault. Yet I am still sitting here asking the same question: How many more attempts, visits, tests, devices, diagnostics and hours of my life must be spent before this matter is actually resolved?

I am exhausted. I am frustrated. And frankly, I feel completely unheard.

I did not buy a brand-new vehicle so that I could become part of an ongoing process of trial and error.

I am sharing this publicly because consumers deserve to know what the experience can look like when a serious, recurring vehicle problem remains unresolved for months.

I just want a safe, reliable vehicle and a proper resolution. Is that really too much to ask?
