Teared Seats

I Mr Barnard have a huge complaint about my Mahindra Karoo Bakkie. I bought it brand new two years ago. The Bakkie only have 10 000km on the clock, which means I'm not driving it much. It's also parked under a carport in the shade. Both my front seats are tearing apart on the side of the seats not even on the sitting side. I spoke to Mahindra Bethal and they say the seats are only guaranteed for 3 months!!!! So I buy a bakkie with a 5 years 120 000km gaurentee so what gets covered for the 5 years?? I want my seats replaced with new seats. This is now the second way of trying to communicate with Mahindra SA, the first was a email that I send. If I don't get any feedback this way my third option will be the Ombudsman to get something sorted. You can contact me on ***
