SSANGYONG Dishonor what is written on the Service Manual

<p>Be careful OWNERS' of Ssangyong Korando....The service MANUAL and Dealers are the Biggest **** I ever encounter... <br />We bought the car in 2012... Hardly use the car till 15000KM / 12 months so we drove in for service on the 12 month at 5954 km ( it was approved) <br />Then the Manual says 30000Km / 24 months We were a month earlier(22650km) and they declined then was approved. <br />The dealer scratch the service advised that the service plan now should be 45000km / Oct 2016 .. followed by 60000km/ Oct 2018 ,,,,<br />I drove in to Bloemfontein Mahindra( served by Elize -Friendly and knowledgeable) ( OCT 5 2016) and was told that my 45000Km was rejected as I am way over the mileage. I was following EXACTLY what was written on my service book. Talking to the lady was a REAL disaster .. as much as I explained to her the more she asked what's the difference between 22650 and 45000km... I don't see why Ssangyong is not honoring as it was written/corrected in black and white in the service Manual ... and I end up forking out thousands of rands for this service.<br />Terrible.. the lady say I should take it up with the last dealer that service my SUV...I think this is really really crazy to inconvenient your customer. If you can't train your dealer why make that problem mine>?????I need advise and I am confident that I will win the case.</p>
