Shocking service at Mahindra Rustenburg

If I could rate service delivery is zero I would. I purchase the Mahindra XUV300 on the 7th of November 2024. I have yet to receive the spare keys, license plates and original registration. The salesman, Phumulani keeps making excuses and now is blaming me for not sending documentation in time. I feel that as a sales person he did not have the correct knowledge to advise me as to exactly what he needed, however all the correct documentation was submitted by the 20th of November and I am still waiting! Unacceptable!
