Shocking / disgraceful/ abysmal / dishonest/ ********

I star is 1 star too much. Bunch of *********. Sold me a used vehicle which was defective (within 7000km- R100 000 damage). I offered them numerous options to resolve - they did not even bother to reply. There should be a special place in hell for people like this.
