SHOCKING BAIC SERVICE!

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service from CT strand BAIC!! DP 'Ferdi' refuses to register my son'snew BAIC he bought from the dealership. They charged him REGISTRATION fees, KNOWING it would be for Umhlanga KZN!! A month AFTER the temp plate expires, my son asks Ferdi when the car will be registered,and Ferdi answers arrogantly, that it is not his job to register a vehicle in another province?! WHY then was my son charged reg fees, and told that they would register it??? My son now has to RE ROADWORTHY tge vehicle, and stand in a licensing queue to register his BRAND NEW VEHICLE!!!! Dishonest and rude !!!!!!! PLEASE, any group 1 director, or CEO, phone me for the FULL SHOCKING STORY!
