Selfish Dealership (mahindra vaal)

I bought a car in July at mahindra vaal , firstly everything went so smoothly until I asked about my number plates/ licence disk and my spare keys .

Its been more than 3 months without a licence disk, went to licensing department only to find out I have to pay R700 for what ? All the administration is for the dealership isn't it!

I'm not in a different province for crying our loud.

I'm a first time driver and buyer so I didnt know alot but all i can say is they took advantage of me .

And I'm still waiting for my spare key
