Scorpio N engaged to 4x4 mode

I bought a Scorpio N Z8L. The vehicle is engaged in 4x4 mode and the service center is unable to assist. They first told me the car is drivable and is on 4x2 mode and I should bring it in when they get the faulty switch on the 4xplor system. When I took the car in they said it is engaged on 4x4 and they are unable to fix it. The car has been with them for 4 days. Customer service is also horrible.
