Repossessing a vehicle.

We bought a Mahindra Bollero. The Dealer did all the paper work and got the financing. The documents where signed and we took ownership of the vehicle. During the week the sales person phoned and said he was having difficulty with the bank. We referred him to the accountants to get what it is that he needs where he proceeded to swear at the Accountant. He phones and is very rude and unprofessional to Mr Osborn and he just slams the phone down. Now he phoned and threatened to come and repossess the vehicle. This vehicle was bought for business purposes, he claims to come and repossess the vehicle in front of the customers of the business. Who is going to take responsibility for the loss of income and the damage done to the reputation of this business. We had nothing to do with the Finance arrangements. The Dealership took care of this and now they are treating us like this?? How do you release vehicles without the proper documentation? we signed what we where asked to sign before they delivered the vehicle. How can we be held liable for your mistakes?
