Replacing computer on Mahindra Xylo and nobody capable to do 'pairing"

I am one VERY UNHAPPY customer!!!

We bought a Mahindra Xylo from Umthombo Wolwazi School in late July 2018. The vehicle was at CAT motors in Cradock Eastern Cape to sell, and as I knew the vehicle was in perfect running condition, we made an offer directly to the school directly and bought it. The vehicle was driven from Colesberg which is about 160km to Cradock. There with no issues at all.

I phoned CAT Motors to collect the vehicle and the salesman, (can't remember his name), told us that he cant' get the vehicle to start. He said it might be the battery, as it was on the floor for sometime, and the battery was flat. He took the vehicle to Mahindra in Cradock, JW Auto Cradock, on Monday the 30th of July.

We phoned daily, spoken to Shawn Roelofse about the issue as they could't sort it out. On the 6th of August they phoned with the sad news about the computer of the Mahindra packed up and had to be replaced!!! How does this happen???? This is beyond my understanding! The car was in perfect running condition when we took it to Cradock.

The explanation for the "broken computer" was that it happens when the car stand for a while???? I can use some harsh words, but this is bull dust... many, many cars stand sometimes, and the battery might go flat, but not the computer just decided to "pack up"....

We could not cancel the sale as we paid the car already in July!! so we had to pay close to R22 000 for the replacement of the computer!!! What a terrible loss, for a car bought which was fine, and suddenly the computer didn't work!! We were so upset about this amount, but what could we do... pay up and smile...

Shawn told us it will take approximitly 3 days for the computer to arrive.

They installed the new computer, but apparently they couldn't "pair" the keys, or something like that. Or the computer didn't want to accept the key, or whatever the reason might be. He, Shawn, phoned Joseph, the technician at Mahindra's Head office in Johannesburg several times, and they had to do the "pairing" via . Still nobody could fix the problem. Then there was excuses of in-house training, and nobody was available, to help via team viewer The next excuse was the internet is too slow, and they can't do it via Team viewer... REALLY????

Since last week the new excuse is that Joseph sent the problem to India to sort it out.... MY GOODNESS!!! Thousends of Mahindra's on South African roads, and there is nobody in SA that can fix a simple issue like changing a computer, and do the pairing.... How does this happens to a HUGE company like Mahindra, that NOBODY in SA is capable to pairing? Isn't this a normal, standard, simple replacement of a computer? And pairing a simple procedure for a replacement of a computer?

I asked Shawn several times if the new computer is not faulty, and that might be the problem? I even told him to get another computer as I don't want this computer to give me problems in a few weeks time. He assured me there is nothing wrong with the computer, and it is only that the new computer don't want to accept the keys

At this stage I insists on ordering a new computer, and replacing the "new faulty" one, and if the pairing cannot be done via team Viewer, that the Joseph, technician from Johannesburg comes down to do the pairing. (If needs to be fly in the Indian Technician from India to come give proper training to the SA technicians)

This is now 4 weeks later from paying for the new computer, and 6 weeks for the vehicle at JW Auto, and still no joy...

I am sitting without transport at the moment due to this 3day issue that turns into 6 weeks now..

Can I expect urgent response on my problem, please.
