Repairs taking up to 120 days

I am appalled with the Level of service I have received from Mahindra South Africa . I took my Ssangyoung Korando in for a faulty gearbox 3 weeks ago . The car is still fully under warranty and went through all its services with the dealership . <br> <br> I battle to get any feedback from them if I don't call I wont get anything out of them -The once I phoned the Boksburg Branch they couldn't even pick up my car on the system after its been with them for 3 weeks already . They just never get back to you and you leave messages that never gets returned.<br> <br> Today I was told that they ordered a transmission unit and it could take up to 90 days before I have my car . This is unacceptable - I cant be without my car solong . I have asked them for a curtsey car and they wouldn't give me one . <br> <br> I suggest no one buys a car from Mahindra as the after service is pathetic and they cant get parts for your car and cant supply you with a courtesy car not even when your car takes 120 days to fix and is still under guarantee.
