Repair takes more than 4weeks.

Our Mahindra Scorpio pickup went for a repair for the engine. They told us the parts are there and it would not take long. It is 4 weeks later and still no repair. We weren't offered a car to drive while the bakkie is at the workshop. The bakkie is needed to buy food for the animals on the farm. They locked the key inside and we had to take the spare key on our own expense to them. They haven't done anything and on Friday they said we would get it,but we didn't. Today .3 June, they phoned and said the bakkie will be ready this afternoon, but no it isn't. <br> They are very unprofessional and we are not satisfied with the service at all.
