Refusing to Refund me

Mahindra EastRand Mall.

DO NOT PAY FOR LICENSING WHEN YOU BUY FROM THEM

I bought a brand new Mahindra and paid R2999.00 for licensing.

Mahindra Eastrand Mall somehow failed to register my vehicle and l resorted to doing it myself.

After registering my vehicle, l then asked them to refund me my R2999.00 and more than a week later, they are ignoring me.

I have sent emails to Siya the Sales Rep, Anne the paperwork lady, Warren as well as Wynand and all of them keep ignoring my emails.

This morning l emailed them and informed them that l was going to drag their reputation into the mud but l get they think l am bluffing they ignored.
