Poor service

My mahindra KUV #Dare has been making noise in engine since 35000 kil they told me I must book my car in but must be prepared to wait plus minus 3 months wich I do understand but they don't give courtesy cars. Now I am woman alone what if something has to happen and I seriously need to get somewhere and have no transport. I find this really very poor as far as my knowledge goes if a car has to stay at a dealer for a certain amount of time you entitled to courtesy car? If I am wrong I stand corrected but I. General I think Mahindra service is bad in general I most certainly will not recommend anyone to buy Mahindra
