Poor response

Bought a used car from them. 10 days since I picked it up still not registered! Supp**** with incorrect Jack had to buy another that will loosen the spare wheel +/- R1800. As I picked it up on a Saturday the salesman was in one hell of a hurry for me to sign. Could improve if they phoned you instead of me phoning them all the time
