Poor customer service, have no clue

my vehicle was repaired on 4 June at Mahindra Centurion. Since I got it back, the revolutions of the engine has been higher than normal. I emailed Michelle today to ask her for a solution as the revs are now up to 1500rpm and I am concerned. The reply I got: Sorry for the inconvenience, we are fully booked I can only help you on the 4th of July.No advice, no bring it in and we can make a plan ....?<br> The higher revs is as a direct result of the last repair that was performed (removed faulty petrol that was added to a diesel tank) by the workshop, Surely to reset the timing will not take much longer than 15 min and surely the service advisor should be able to advise me whether the vehicle is at risk or not, at such high revs??<br> I then got a call from: \Ek is Martin Atlantis
