POOR AND WORST SERVICE AFTER I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW VEHICLE

I have mahindra bakkie bought new from motorland east London. Now it havs a problem I took it to kwt mahidra dealership it's there for almost a month now . I am loosing business and time and they telling me if it need to be fixes I must pay 25% of the cost. ITS SO UNFAIR AND UNJUST . THEY NOT FAIR WORH THEIR CLIENTS.
