Poor aftersale service

I bought a Mahindra pick up in December 2018 ,my right back door don't align .It was in three times and Pretoria North can't fix it , now it must go to a panel beater. Mahindra don't have a courtesy vehicles. I did submit a complaint at customercare ,but no feed back or solution . Vehicle is under warranty.
