Poor after sales servcie

Poor after sales service on 3X0. Mahindra SA unable to rectify a factory fault. Bought a new Mahindra XUV3X0 June 2025. Send 3 emails and one whatsapp to Mahindra SA with no reply or response. Car went to dealership three times and still faulty.
