Pathetic Service

My vehicle had broken down a few weeks ago, a bolt broke off that holds the pulley for the belt. It was towed to Fed Auto in Newcastle 100kms away from where I live. I was told that they would assess the vehicle and provide me with a courtesy vehicle. The job took over 2 weeks to sort out and I had to continuously contact them to find out what's happening and no courtesy vehicle. I had to then pay them diesel to bring the vehicle to me. Now that I have the vehicle it is in worse condition that what it was. There is a major noise from engine and under carriage. I advised them that I would need a loan vehicle while they sort out the vehicle as the last time I was inconvenienced and had to make my own way around. They cannot do this for me and say that I have to pay a R1500 deposit for fuel. This is really not customer service. There is no after sales service with Mahindra and Fed Auto. My vehicle is still with me and I am still waiting for them to sort this issue out. All I requested is a loan vehicle while they sort out what they messed up but they cannot do this. No after sales ethics and they refuse to assist. Don't waste your time dealing with these people. Pathetic. I will never recommend Fed Auto and Mahindra to anyone.
