Not paying amount due to me

I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new Mahindra at the Bloemfontein branch. their service was excellent. When I traded in my vehicle, I did not use the full amount as a deposit for my new vehicle. A part of the amount have to be refunded to me. I have been struggling since last week and Wednesday that the money should be refunded to me. I was told that only the owner makes refunds and need to wait for him until he decides to make the payment. Mahindra took my vehicle already last week and Wednesday and even used it but the owner still did not pay the full amount due for it.<br>
