Not happy with my car Mahindra KUV100 1.2 2 #Dare#

I bought a Mahindra KUV 100 1.2 2 #Dare# on 31st of January 2022 in Witbank at the dealership. Let's start from the beginning, this car was stand in and out for 2 days outside the dealership shop, there was a scratch (paint was off) look like 3 chip marks on the body of the car. The trunk door was lifted, bonnet and the body of the car was not in line with the other parts. They come and collect the car to do the repairs on it when I receive it back there was a scratch on the black bumper and front bumper, I take photos of it and send them to the sales person that was a Friday he said they will come back to me on Monday but they didn't. I was on my way to Nelspruit and saw that the bonnet bounce up and down and that there is a strange sound from the left of the car you can't here the music on the radio, the sales person said it make that sound? On the 14th of March I was on my way to the doctor at the robot I stopped when I try to drive on the dashboard it show ENGEN in yellow I can only drive 10km till I am at the doctor - but this is a new car 2022 model? They come and fetch the car again, they said if it happens again I must switch of the car. I told them I think it is a fabric fault and I need a new car, wear the sales person said it is not so easy. Mahindra arranged for a inspection on the 4/4/2022, we go through the list were there is a fault the black guy who help me just mark it as correct when I told him he can't do that he just carry on. That morning when you reverse it make a sound I told him that he said he did here it but nothing happened, I told him there is a sound in the driver door, nothing happened. On the same morning they said to me the car must have it service, I was surprised, the sales person said he told me that, if he told me I would asked him please arrange for a service plan for me, I must pay +- R1820 that I did. If you are stand on a uphill there is a ***** sound I did take the car to them, "Murthy law" there was no sound. Yesterday morning the 2nd of June on the dashboard the yellow light come on with ENGEN again we can only drive in 2nd gear I went back to the dealership. Now I told them all the faults that is on the car, they book it in. The hole day I don't hear anything from the dealership around 3:30 a guy called me and said that the car is ready I can come and fetch it..He said by next week I must bring the car in so that they can put the computer on and drove with them to see if it make the same, I told the guy, who said that it will happen again next week. I am not happy with the car. If I wanted a 2nd hand car I would have bough one, but no I want a New car there I don't have problems. I told the manager yesterday I want a new car!! I did talk to there Head office in Centurion and I send them mails but nothing happened. I have photos and video's that I take.
