new vehicle with issues

I purchased a brand-new Mahendra from Mahendra East Rand, after trading my old one in,i never had issues with, the worst service ever, totally regret it.,i reported the vehicle having paint defects and the brand-new vehicle using coolant 1 week later...how is this possible on a new vehicle, they refusing to assist with a courtesy vehicle,totally unacceptable this is a new vehicle, I am taking this further.
