NEVER MAHINDRA
Mahindra Centurion the worst dealership to take your car to! My husband took his car there for a service and the car came back with all sorts of problem... well 4 starters later and with this last starter our car has been with them for almost two months now - still not fixed. The branch manager Ben does not keep us informed and clearly our car is not a priority, the keep on saying head office took long to authorise the parts. Well its been two months? we get the car back and in less then 5 days we have the same issue! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! NEVER BUY MAHINDRA - NEVER GO TO CENTURION MAHINDRA!

25 Nov 2020, 13:35Day two - and still no solution to my problem. Just staff that is on luch if you phone for feedback....Update: So head office Mahindra say this is all due to backorders on the parts (4 starters later is not bad workmanship its ALL bad parts).
My question, so due to bad parts and not workmanship you recommend I buy an mahindra? If your starter needs to be replaced you should be happy to have your car at the dealership for +- 2 months? as there is backorders on parts?
Is this normal for your service?
Did I forget to mention in the Mahindra workshop they did not have the correct occupational health and safety posters. they where still displaying 2017 posters. That is after you walk through Mahindra and NO ONE IS WEARING MASKS. maybe still on backorder??
