NEVER buy a Mahindra again

On Monday 19th November i booked my 20 000km service at Mahindra Heidelberg... I take my car... I get a call your air filter needs changing but your service plan does not cover it, what a joke! NOT ONLY have they stuffed that up but ask them to fix it on Thursday and guess what STILL NOT FIXED!!! Get a call at 12:45, my car is ready but your discs need skimming, so why was i not notified so it can be done. Apparently Mahindra is the only dealership that has to book for a gentleman to come skim the discs, waste time and have to keep taking in your car , what a joke! I was told it would cost R590... NOW i have to inconvenience people AGAIN to help me take my car back to get the discs skimmed which happen Thursday 22nd November. Not only convinced myself, my work and the person that has to pick me up, pick up my son and take me to get the car... SHOCKING!!! By this time i am ****ed off and i have blasted the Girl behind the service desk which is also shocking no smiles no hellos no nothing, plus i have to call to find out about my car which i was told that it would take 2-3 hours to skim discs so it will be quick bull**** i got to pick up my car at 3:30, i get the bill and its cost me R1300 in the end. A new set of discs will be R5300 ***. I have had two Kia Sportage (Beautiful), Ford, Mazda, Toyota... not once has my brakes and discs and labour has cost more than R2500 .... so now i understand why the Mahindra XUV500 was so cheap cause the services make up for that, they ***** you!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A MAHINDRA AGAIN, i will not recommend Mahindra to anyone. I regret not staying with KIA, i would rather the pay extra but at least i got great service. Absolutely sad and shocking for Mahindra!!! Very disappointed
