Midrand branch lying all the time

Mahindra Midrand must be by far the worst branch when it comes to service. It took them about 2 years to sort out some of my issues but in the process they damage 2 other things. They are lying and can not keep there promises. Mahindra is not a bad product but there service is the worst I have experienced in my life time. The workshop manager is always in training and there is only 1 techinician in the workshop. What is this workshop manager manage? 1 technician? Seriously.
