MAHINDRA WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE

I bought a new scorpio from Mahindra Nelspruit, at first I was very happy with the vehicle. I went to my holifay home in the Western Cape and spent about 8 months there. When I came back I noticed a few placedon the body where it started rusting. I took the bakkie for a service and brought it under their attention. And that was where hell began. They gave me a courtesy vehicle to use for time my bakkie was in for repairs on the rust. 3 months later, on a Friday afternoon I was contacted by a representative of Mahindra Nelspruit and threathened that should I not return the courtesy vehicle immediately a case of car theft will be opened up against me.In the meantime Mahindra SA said they will only take responsibility for part of the repair cost of the rust because I lived for a period in the coastal band. I ended up paying more that R30 000 to get my bakkie fixed thatvwas still under warranty. I only got my bakkie back plus minus 6 months later. That was when my trouble really started. They replaced all my ABS sensors one by one, then over a period of 3 months 2 power stearing pumps, I haf numerous problems with the turbo charger. Eventually the turbo charger gave in. The stearing rack followed soon therafter. Then the entire ABS system packed up. ABS pump was replaced, diff seal started leaking oil at a rapid rate, they replaced the seal only for the diff to pack up completely 2 hours after receiving it from the service centre. I was contacted to be informed that Mahindra SA do not have thr spares to fix the problem and they will have to order spares from Mahindra India. I was told that my bakkie will be ready for pick up today 4/6/2021, but to no avail they contacted me and I had to contact them just before closing to find out if my bakkie is ready because I haven't heard anything from them as promised and once again to be told byvthem that it will only be ready next week. According to the law, for a vehicle to be released in a country, they need to have enough spares to back up their product. My pick up's odometer reading is on 80 000, and I had less than 50% use of it in the last 12 months. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any car in my life. Their customer care service is non existent. I've contacted mr Gupta's offices, the head of Mahindra SA and that didn't even help. SO PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE WALKING INTO ANY MAHINDRA DEALERSHIP
