MAHINDRA WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT - OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER

We bought a Mahindra from them in 2018, the car salesman was nice and as usual said everything about the Mahindra was great - low on fuel, easy to drive etc.

When we asked him how easy you could get parts for the car if there was a repair to be done - "The parts are easily accessible"

I had an accident with the car and the gearbox needed to be fixed, the car has been at the panel beater for TWO MONTHS NOW - and not because the repairs are taking a while - because MY PARTS NEED TO BE SENT FROM INDIA - their factory in Pretoria does not even have one of the parts they need.

To top that off the car salesman does not even reply to my husband's messages - talk about none existing after sales service.

If you want to buy a Mahindra - make sure you're willing to wait at least three months for the repairs
