Mahindra warranty

My Mahindra Pikup has 45'000 km on the clock and I am the sole driver of the vehicle. <br> The vehicle has had it's pre delivery inspection and all its services have been done at a Mahindra service station. four of the six cab mountings holding the vehcle together have come loose and have fallen out. <br> Mahindra have said it is a wear and tear item that is warrantied for 30'000km and they refuse to help me.<br> <br> In other words the cab can fall off the chassis after 30'000km and they are not willing to take responsibility. <br> I am very disappointed with the Mahindra brand.
