Mahindra Warrantee feud

My Mahindra XUV 300 W8 left me by the side of the road on the 13th of July 2023. It is 4 years old and has 61 000km on the clock. Still under warrantee until August 2024. A fuel injector was replaced and it still didn't start, now Mahindra SA is refusing to fix the car further due to a "contaminated fuel" report. There was a little debris in the diesel - not water. I can prove that I filled up at reputable garage in Pretoria. I am disputing the fuel sample that was taken post the blocked fuel filter (not from the tank). Mahindra's policy is to only replace the fuel filter every second service. My car was service in February 2023 , and obviously the fuel filter was not replaced. Now Mahindra wants me to replace the whole fuel system without proof of what is really the problem. If I don't, I forfeit my warrantee. The ombudsman didn't investigate anything , now the case is with the National consumer commission, but it is taking forever. In the mean time, I am paying for a broken car. I don't even know what to do next. I can't be held responsible for Mahindra's policies - if I do my best to put the best fuel in my car. How can I be responsible for the bill? If Mahindra changed their policy , my fuel filter would have been clean and nothing would have gone wrong. I really miss my car ;-(
