Mahindra unacceptable service delivery

We are Liyema Drilling. We have in the past year bought 7 new mahindra pik up bakkies and are very unhappy with the service provided by Mahindra thus far. We have 4 vehicles standing with faults and we have been waiting extended periods of time waiting for them to be repaired. Ranging from faulty diffs to engine failures. This is not acceptable. Things that should be warranty we get a quote from the dealer and they try to force us to pay for the repairs. After considerable back and forth the dealer agreed to fix the vehicles engine but they are taking a very long time. We are notified to collect the vehicle but upon arrival the vehicle is still not fixed with issues remaining. Wasting our time and money.

We request that Mahindra SA contact us to rectify these unacceptable struggles with the dealers and Mahindra as a whole.
