Mahindra South Africa bad Management

My Mahindra KUV100 6+ 2018 Model ±59000 km. Broke her timing chain more than for weeks ago. As any body know when that happen you have further damage on the engine. I tried to convinced them to put in a new engine because it is still under warranty. I was very upset after they told me they can"n change the engine after they told me it will be between four and six weeks to get the parts. Last week Mahindra SA promised me that the " gasket set" will be delivered this week. This afternoon I phoned the Mahindra Agent in Welkom just to heard that the parts s have not arrived as promised. I phone Mahindra SA. They told me the parts will be here on Tuesday. That does not matter anymore. The fact is Mahindra is not a vehicle you can buy in South Africa. To wait four to six weeks for a gasket set I cannot believe that their is no gasket set in South Africa. Two answers: The KUV 100 have many problems with their engines en therefore there is no Gasket sets in South Africa, or it is poor management on their side. I do not think anybody will be satisfied to be more as a month without a vehicle when you have a warranty. With all the problems I had they never asked me if the can lend me a vehicle. Another proof of bad management. I am very sure that their Penny Wise Pound Foolish attitude will cost them. With this second hand repaired engine I will never trust the Mahindra 100 KUV. With a new engine I could believe that their was a problem with the engine but they give me a new engine which is good management. I lost all my confidence in the management of Mahindra South Africa.
