Mahindra Service Department Centurion and Mahindra SA

We have been dealing with your service department in Centurion. they have confirmed that Mahindra South Africa is also throwing their hands up at this issue. They have been repairing the same serious issues ( vehicles engine light comes on and vehicle wont start, amongst other issues ) on our vehicle for the past 13 months. we are always gaurunteed the problems are resolved, and yet they return immediately. We even received an email from the former workshop manager confirming repairs are complete and should they return, they will take ownership.

Our son is terminally ill and a few times we have had to rush him to hospital with his heart in distress and we cant get the car to start.

This morning we went to them and spoke with the new workshop manager who said it's not his problem, we need to pay to have any further repairs done.

This is not ok.
