Mahindra service and cars poor!

I bought my car KUV 100 dare brand new in April. But apparently i don't have a service plan or warranty plan. Then since then its been 6 months and my car had to go in 9 times with issues on the wheels and bolts and so on???? how is this possible for a brand new car??? and no one gets back to me regarding this.. I believe i have a faulty car and its not ok to buy new with so many problems this far...
