Mahindra service

My Mahindra DMY 503 L Bakkie broke down at Alzu motorway services on the 27th December after having the synchromesh changed at Mahindra Tzaneen on the 12th December; they forgot to put oil in the gearbox. The gearbox has been changed at Middelburg Mahindra but the labour has not been paid for by Mahindra.

I hired a car from the 2018/12/28 to 2019/02/05 this cost to me was R12000

The tow truck cost me R1450.04

I have paid out a total of R13450 and I have constantly asked for my money back they said they would reimburse my expenses.

Mahindra Middelburg want R8131.94 to change the gearbox

I also had to go to Middelburg to return the hire car costing me a day and petrol.
