Mahindra SA's after sales customer care is nonexistent

We bought a new Mahindra Scorpio in October 2018. Within weeks we heard a loud noise from the rear wheels of the car. The dealership in Tzaneen informed us that the vehicle came out of the factory without any grease in the wheel bearings. That problem was addressed and then we found that the vehicle was not balanced. The dealership said it was only the tension bar and fixed it. All of this happened within the first three months. The front windscreen started making a noise and after taking it up with the dealership, they indicated that the windscreen was almost entirely loose and the windscreen had to be replaced. There was a groaning sound at the diff and rear wheels and when we had it serviced on 4 Feb 2016 at Mahindra Tzaneen they replaced the differential case and rear wheel bearings. That was not the end of the problem. We regularly complained about the noise on the rear wheels and were told they didn't hear anything. On 23 Oct 2017 they said they fixed the "noise problem" again . The ongoing problem with the diff was brought to the attention of Mahindra South Africa Customer Care on 19 December 2017 . On 7 March 2018 after more complaints about the noise in the differential the dealership replaced the differential case, hypoid pair and rear wheel bearings. On 4 April 2018 we took our vehicle to the dealership complaining again about the noise in the diff. After driving with us the manager and mechanic said the noise we heard was the signature sound of the Mahindra Scorpio. They acknowledged in writing receipt of our complaint. The noise persisted and became louder. We took the vehicle to the Tzaneen dealership at the end of August and then they could hear the noise we have constantly been complaining about. For two months now we are being sent from pillar to post. According to the local dealership they had app**** for a new diff but the request was rejected by Mahindra SA' s warranty department. After numerous phone calls to Mahindra SA where customer care promised to come back to us on the matter, but never once did, we found out today that they consider the mileage too high to replace the diff. This, despite the fact that the vehicle is still under guarantee and the problem started within days after purchase. It is two months now that we are without a vehicle and with no prospect of the problem being solved. We are completely disillusioned as we never expected such poor after sales customer care from Mahindra SA. We can never recommend anybody we know to buy a Mahindra.
