Mahindra SA Service

I wrote to Mahindra SA on Monday the 6th of February complaining about the service that was offered to my mother after I recommended Mahindra as a good brand for her to buy. She bought a car in November and in error the Mthatha Branch gave her spare key to another client that bought the same vehicle as her on the same day. She has been following up for the key from November and till this day she has not received it. She suggested they courier it but that did not materialize, the salesman then told her that he will be dropping off the key to her last weekend and that also did not happen with no explanation or courtesy call to advise why. The communication is so bad when she was following up the salesman Mr Mhlahlo who was assisting on the sale is now so rude her to the point that he is no longer taking her calls. I contacted Mahindra SA via their chat option and relayed the matter to them and was advised that they will be looking in it and provide feedback. The feedback I received was that the key was there all along and that the reason they my mother has not received it is because of the distance from Mthatha to Butterworth, and that courier would have delayed as well. I mentioned that it is their branch that made the error and gave my mother's spare key to another client, and have been giving such despicable service to my mother but nothing was done about that, not even an acknowledgement of that fact. Instead, I was advised that the salesman will drop off the key this weekend (no mention of actual day or time), when I responded and told Mahindra SA that the same arrangement was done last week but was not honored by the salesman, I did not get any response, so my mother is supposed to keep looking out the window and hope that the key will be delivered. This is pathetic service from Mahindra and I will not recommend it to anyone. I am actually going to take this further up until the issue is resolved and there is some accountability, in fact my mother should be getting a new car as it is not safe to drive around with a car that does not have a spare key.
