Mahindra SA customer service the worst eve...!!!

Mahindra SA – can do better in the sense that they sell the vehicles to you not a bad vehicle at all but after sale service is by the lowest standards the worst, I've ever experienced from a global car sales industry. For pretty much all of the cars time with me the car has been smoking on the second or third service I did make mention to the Mahindra service dealership that the car was smoking very heavily they informed me that it is due to some diesel pumps station, I then opted to switch diesel pumps moving from where I normally put in to total shell PP. but the car keep on smoking uh to next event that when I did business deliveries at specific uh venues the security guards and the people that stay in the complexes will complain. bearing in mind I only use this car for business purposes it only makes sense that I tried resolve the issue as soon as possible because the smoking got so bad that even in the mornings starting the car for an idle my garage will be full of smoke. I then contacted Mahindra franchise where they say they will do an investigation as to what is causing it after delaying me for a week, they finally concluded that it was the diesel pump. We then rescheduled an appointment to have the diesel pump replaced via the claim process, at my next visit and in the interim they will seek approval from Mahindra to replace the diesel pump. At my 75,000-service interval, I then requested for them to do the quote validation to replace the diesel pump they informed me that Mahindra offers needed to do some test which was a fuel test and a diesel pump test. the field test came back clean however the diesel pump they say had contaminated fuel. During my purchase of the Mahindra, I never recalled anybody explaining the fuel types to me I assumed it was a diesel Bakkie and in that sense it uses 50 PP diesel which I have top-up the vehicle would every time I was at the diesel station. Mahindra then came back to me saying that they are repudiating my claim because I've been using contaminated fuels. My question then was how can the fuel in the tank be clean and the fuel in the diesel pump be contaminated and where in the contract did they specify that you're only supposed to put fuel in the following diesel station, therefore I'm urging every prospective person looking to invest in a Mahindra bakkie to rethink their options you think you pay less on from the onset - but you suffer in the long run because their service sucks their service partners service sucks they don't even give you updates on issues. Complete lack of customer service.
