Mahindra SA bad Service

I bought a Mahindra Scorpio N last year from Mahindra Edenvale. The first 3 Services were done by them. The 60.000 km Service was done by Eagle Mahindra. After sending the vehicle in I got a call from them , that not only did Edenvale not address the recalls and updates but that the sump threat was also damaged. They had to helicoil the threat at a cost to me. I wrote an email to Mahindra SA, as I feel that whoever damaged it should shoulder the expense and not me. Mahindra SA did not bother to come back to me, even though their automated response suggested that I will hear from them in 24 hrs. Bad customer Service.
