Mahindra SA and East Rand Mall useless, dishonest and a lot other I cannot mention to be polite

Purchased a second hand TATA Xenox in March 2019. Full service history and expensive warranty. Cambelt was replaced, valves, injectors etc before the vehicle was purchased from Mahindra East Rand Mall. Dawie the sales man, assured us that the warranty will be honoured. The TATA Xenox cambelt that was supposedly replaced broke 5 weeks ago on only 6 000 km after it was purchased. The vehicle was towed in on the warranty Mahindra East Rand Mall. The have taken 4 weeks and with a lot of fighting, phoning, with Michael- work shop manager, Nathi- his side kick, Warren, the DP the quotation was send to the warranty company. What a disaster! They are quoting on injectors for R33 4000.00 ( that was replaced at a price of R800.00 each 10 000 km before) , the turbo- water pump etc- amounting to R82 000.00. The vehicle is not even worth that amount. The cambelt broke- that is it! maybe valves, head and filters to be fixed/replaced. Not the rest. Where is the workmanship warranty on items replaced on service? I am told that the vehicle was sourched from another dealership to be sold at Mahindra East Rand Mall- Not my problem. The deal was between us and Mahnindra East Rand Mall. Escalated to Mahindra SA - informed that this us outside their jurisdiction. How can this be. Mahindra East rand Mall trade under Mahindra. Their second hand dealership trade under Mahindra. The vehicle has been there now for 5 weeks with no joy.. and Mahindra SA - sorry- not our problem- although this so called dealership trade under their name? They are dishonest to say the least! dragging their feet- Inflating warranty quotations.
