MAHINDRA- RUSTING WITHIN A YEAR OF OWNERSHIP

I bought my 2017 Mahindra KUV 100 in August 2017- About a few months BEFORE i have had the vehicle for a year i noticed my car stated rusting UNDER the paint. Where my vehicle is stored in a closed garage every day- HOW CAN IT RUST SO FAST!!??? I am struggling to get rid of this car because according to them they need to respray the car- which is absolutely unacceptable- to respray a new car within a year of owning it? This is not on!! NEVER BUY A MAHINDRA AGAIN!!
