Mahindra put their interests first

Our Scorpio SUV with 38000km breaks down and more than a month later still cannot be fixed despite them replacing the instrument cluster. Vehicle is now sent from Newcastle to Bethal but Mahindra wont send it to Vanderbijl where the vehicle was bought and who I know have the expertise to fix it and makes far more sense. Mahindra refuses to give us a courtesy vehicle and thus we are stranded. Its all about saving money for Mahindra and no consideration for us as a client.
