Mahindra parts

Very unpleasant experience with Port Elizabeth branch. Ordered a part for my Mahindra XUV500. Paid for it as well otherwise they do not order it. Waited 3 months for the part and after going in to find out what is happening was eventually told a few days later that the parts has been discontinued. The lady at spares were very helpfull but whoever does the rest of the ordering etc is useless. I would recommend people to stay away from Mahindra just because of spares. It takes long to get them or not get them at all. My XUV500 is a 2013 model and already parts have been discontinued?
