Mahindra Numerous issues with Car and serice

Bought Mahindra XUV 500 W4 end October 2014, first service, car returned with lose front right hand wheel, service, second service wheel again lose, hub cap cracked. 3rd service advised hand break cover was loose, after I collected and seen was still loose was told this is normal. Phoned service manager was then told needs to be replaced as clips were broken, so why tell me in the first place that this is normal. 3 weeks ago took car in for knocking sound, suspected CV joints however were told all was good, last week 24 Dec knocking got worse took back to Mahindra, suspected gear box failure, can only order parts 4th Jan. Emailed Mahindra H/O, received response saying principle dealer will contact me, no contact made, 3 calls to Mahindra H/O to complain of no contact, still waiting for Dealer to contact me. Biggest mistake buying Mahindra vehicle and having to deal with Mahindra Vaal.
