MAHINDRA MUST GO!!!! USELESS

I am so upset with this place, firstly their service is terrible. I have been having small issues with them, but now I have been waiting 5 Months for a u2 Sensor and been driving with an engine light on. They do not even keep you updated, every time I must call them and ask what's going on, this has been going on since August 2020. They cant even tell me when the part will arrive from India. They use the COVID 19 as an excuse, that isn't a valid excuse for me because our product also comes from over seas but we have a workshop full of stock for our clients. I will never deal with Mahindra again, once my car is all fixed I will trade it in asap!!

Never has such a bad service, and their HEAD OFFICE is just as slow and useless like them. I lost both my keys due to an incident and they don't even have stock of that I must wait between 3 weeks to 6 Months??????????? My car standing by Mahindra Randfontein, they just as uneducated with they system and stock, took me 8 calls to them just to get a price for what the keys will cost.

THEY CAN'T GIVE PROPER ANSWERS!!!!!!!
