Mahindra Mahindra 3XO AX5 serious clutch problems which Mahinda can not repair

We bought a brand new Mahindra Mahindra 3XO AX5 - Manual With in the first 1000 km the clutch failed completely at a toll gate. Taken back to Mahindra in Silverlake's where we bought the vehicle, waited three days Fetched the "repaired vehicle" only to find that it was not repaired at all as it again broke down within 700 km, again it was taken by Mahindra HQ to their preferred dealer in Centurion for repairs, they replaced the clutch BUT accused us of misuse, negligent driving habits ... and told me that if the clutch failed again Mahindra will NOT repair it again under warranty. I objected strongly to the service agent who said she is just doing her job and were told to tell me that. So now 180 km later the brand new Mahindra is broken again, again with a clutch failure. Not even 2000 km on the clock, not even two months old.
