Mahindra kuv almost killed my family

I Bought a Mahindra KUV 100 NXT + back in August 2019. The car has always had a funny acceleration noise however it deemed to be just one of those sounds. 4 odd years down the line i decided to take my wife on our weddind anniversary and our 4 year old went along down to the sea. On the way back up the mountain pass we drove around 90km/h, after Oudshoorn the road was flat and nice without potholes, i drove 100km/h when i heard a loud sound suspecting a tyre had popped. Unable to maintain the car in a straight line it rolled. Petrol all over. I got my wife and child out and took them to safety. Looking at the tyres which all still had air in them, i noticed the rear spring lay beside the car. Looking in depth i found the rear axle had broken loose, punctured the fuel tank and caused the vehicle the swerve uncontrollably. I thank God we only suffered minor injuries. But that would not have been the case had it happened in the mountain pass. I am very very unhappy and s****ed that a vehicle with only 75000kms could suffer such a catastrophic failure. I have sent a mail to Mahindra SA but have not revieved any reply. The Mahindra where i purchased the vehicle say it could not be proved that the axle did not break as a result of the accident. However on the many pictures i took of the accident scene you can see the fuel spillage on the road from way before the car left the road and rolled.... What am i to do? Just accept that quality is not a priority?
